AI Disclosure Statement

QKV Token Corp builds, sells, integrates, and operates artificial-intelligence systems. The website at qkvtoken.com, its public Demos, and the work product we deliver to clients all involve generative AI. This Statement describes how we use AI, what we generate, and what you can expect.

1. AI-built marketing surface

Portions of this website — including imagery, copy, layout drafts, and brand mark variants — were produced or assisted by generative AI under human direction. Founder portraits, where used, are placeholder or AI-illustrated rather than photographic likeness. The QKV team is real; representations of team members in marketing materials may be stylized.

2. What we generate in Demos

• Text. Demo responses are produced by large language models. They may be inaccurate, may reflect bias present in training data, and should not be relied on as professional advice.
• Voice. The AI Voice Attendant Demo uses real-time text-to-speech and speech-to-text models. The voice you hear is synthesized; it is not the recorded voice of any specific QKV employee or executive. See the AI Voice Attendant’s own caller-facing disclosure for additional terms.
• Images and audio prototypes. Where a Demo produces images or audio, those outputs are generated by diffusion or audio-generation models and may be watermarked or carry C2PA Content Credentials where supported.

3. Persona network references

QKV maintains references and case studies that describe AI persona projects (for example, music personas, UGC personas, and AI-employee profiles). All such personas are AI-built and human-operated. None depicts a real, identifiable person. Each persona property carries its own AI Disclosure on its own domain.

4. Commitments

• We disclose. Public-facing AI surfaces link to or include a disclosure of this nature.
• We don’t clone real voices without consent. Voice models used in Demos are trained on synthetic references or on consenting professional voice talent. We do not clone the voice of a real, identifiable person without that person’s express, written, informed consent.
• We don’t train on your private data without authorization. Client deliverables remain governed by the engagement contract; we do not repurpose private client data to train third-party models without written authorization.
• We respect takedown requests. If you believe Site content infringes your rights, write to legal@qkvtoken.com; we will review in good faith.
• Humans are in the loop. Our employees review AI output before it is used in client deliverables or shipped as part of the Services.

5. Regulatory context

This Statement is provided in good-faith alignment with applicable AI-transparency and synthetic-media frameworks, including:

• The U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on AI and deception (2023–present), including its prohibition on deceptive AI-generated reviews, endorsements, and impersonations.
• The European Union’s Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), including its requirements on transparency for systems that interact with humans, generate synthetic content, or perform emotion recognition or biometric categorization — to the extent those rules apply to our offerings.
• California’s AI Transparency Act (SB 942) where applicable to qualifying generative-AI systems with substantial U.S. user volume.
• U.S. Federal Communications Commission Declaratory Ruling FCC 24-17 (2024), which classifies AI-generated voices as “artificial” under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The AI Voice Attendant Demo is opt-in only and is not used to place outbound calls to consumers.
• New York’s right-of-publicity statute (NY Civil Rights Law §§ 50–51) and Local Law 144 (NYC AEDT bias-audit rule), where applicable.
• Platform-specific synthetic-media disclosure rules (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).

7. Client engagements

For clients of QKV: the AI systems we build and deliver are subject to the engagement contract, including any AI-use, data-handling, evaluation, and disclosure obligations specified there. Where required, we will help clients author downstream disclosures appropriate to their deployment context.
